We are looking for an exceptional Visual Interaction Designer who will have a big influence on how LeadGenius looks, feels, and operates. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who loves designing for the Web, gets excited about solving complex design challenges, and is able to create aesthetically pleasing products based on best practices of visual and interaction design. At LeadGenius, we believe that complex software products can become highly engaging when properly designed from the ground-up. We are big proponents of user centered design and fanatical about listening to our customers. We're looking for someone that loves building everything from intuitive user flows and navigation systems to visually appealing interfaces complete with custom iconography and carefully thought-out interactions. The right match will be someone excited to work at a fast-paced startup who enjoys designing across multiple client touch-points. Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual assets for a range of LeadGenius products
  • Ideate on product UX along with our lead designer
  • Design custom icons and other UI elements
  • Come up with high-fidelity UI mockups based on existing wireframes
  • Assist our marketing team with designing engaging ad campaigns, banners and infographics
  • Create layouts for landing pages and design graphical assets for blog posts
  • Work closely with front-end engineers during implementation of designed artifacts

  • 3+ years of experience designing visual systems for digital products

As a Senior Product Engineer, focusing on building web applications, you’ll help drive our platform design and project decisions that interface directly with our clients.

Our company's mission is to employ hundreds of remote workers from around the world -- your role will be integral in continuing this mission by driving clients deeper into our platform.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Capability to design and implement Single Page Web Applications

The Email Engineer role is a backend software engineering position. You'll work on developing features and functionality of our sales-focused email client as a member of our growing email engineering team.

We’re a small team and you’ll be working closely with other product team members on the integration of our email service with our crowd-based workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out the backend API for our email client to accommodate volume and data model requirements
  • Perform exploratory analysis of data that spans across multiple data stores (SQL, web APIs)
  • Design/code for high volume web services and fault-tolerance/fail-over

  • Experience w/ Python or another modern programming language (e.g. Javascript, Ruby)
